Webs was one of the five guardians chosen by the Talons of Peace to raise the dragonets of destiny in secret. As a SeaWing, he brought a calm, scholarly presence to the group, but his loyalty was tested when he was forced to follow orders he didn't fully believe in. He taught the dragonets history, reading, and survival skills, but his most significant act was secretly helping them escape their cave, a decision that changed the course of the war.

After the war, Webs found a new purpose as a teacher at Jade Mountain Academy, where he could share his knowledge without the burden of prophecy. He is known for his patience and quiet wisdom, but he carries the guilt of his past actions—including his role in the death of another dragon. His relationship with the dragonets, especially Clay, remains complex: they remember him as both a captor who kept them in a cave for years and a mentor who risked everything to set them free.

The cave was damp and dark, lit only by the faint glow of Webs' own scales. He watched the five dragonets sleep, their dreams undisturbed by the weight of the prophecy they carried. 'You'll be free soon,' he whispered, his voice barely a ripple in the still air. 'I promise.'
