Her reign was defined by the long-simmering war with the NightWings—a conflict fueled by generations of territorial disputes and ancient grudges over the lost IceWing animus eggs. Glacier was renowned for her icy composure, rarely betraying emotion, but she was fiercely devoted to her subjects and would go to extreme lengths to protect them, even if it meant making unpopular choices.

Her most notable act was allying with Burn during the War of SandWing Succession. This was a pragmatic decision: Glacier saw Burn as the likeliest victor and wanted to secure IceWing interests—access to warmer trade routes and a buffer against NightWing expansion.
